Once we validate your request, we will provide you with the address to which you should send the package.Important:Shipping costs in case of return will be borne by the customer.Magdalena is not responsible for losses or damages caused during transport, so we recommend that you use the original packaging and a secure shipping method.Once we receive the product and verify that it is in its original condition, we will proceed with the exchange or issuance of the corresponding voucher.
